Bethel Campus Fellowship is a training ground for leaders. We teach our members to rise to the call of God whenever and wherever He needs them. Our organizational structure provides several opportunities for college students to experience leadership first-hand before they exit into the world to do ministry in churches and other organizations.

BCF has three levels of leadership:

1. The National Core Group is responsible for the nationwide coordination of activities.

2. State Core Groups coordinate the activities of colleges within a state.

3. Fellowship Core Groups take care of the fellowships within the campuses.

Through these leadership roles Bethel Campus Fellowship has trained and is still training students who will become the next generation of Pastors, Teachers, Evangelists and Prophets.
